Say no to elevators and escalators. Climbing stairs is a great training. It uses a range of muscle groups in your body. New studies show that the aerobic trainings effect of climbing stairs can be similar to cycling or running. Your heart rate can be raised up to 90%. So don’t go too crazy. Anyhow, climbing stairs is a good workout with any intensity.
